Wayne's innovative teaching methods have been developed through a list of admirable soccer achievements.

For the past Two years he has developed and implemented a tremendously successful Goalkeeper training program at Wall Soccer Club. With this program every team has the ability to have their GK get work and training with other Goalies within a developmental program for the keepers. Many Clubs overlook the Goalkeepers and it was an area Wall Soccer Club with the help of Coach Ramsey has begun to enhance throughout the club.
